Welcome to Katrina Beauty Boulevard, where we're all about making moms life a little easier and a lot more fabulous – even when we're on the go with our little ones! Today, I'm sharing my tried-and-true essentials for traveling with my toddler, because let's face it, flying with a tiny human can be an adventure in itself.
Let's start with clothing – because comfort is key when you're up in the air. I swear by 100% cotton outfits for my little munchkin. Packing three tops, three bottoms, socks, easy slip-on shoes, undies, and pull-ups ensures she's cozy and happy throughout the journey. And don't forget her favorite blankie – it's like a piece of home she can snuggle with wherever we roam.
Now, let's talk snacks – because a hungry toddler is a cranky toddler. I pack a mix of fresh fruits like cucumber, apple slices, strawberries, and kiwi in a handy travel container, along with a trusty PB&J sandwich, cheese crackers, cheese cubes, yogurt drops, and snack bars for those hunger emergencies. Trust me, a well-fed kiddo makes for a smoother ride for everyone.
Of course, being prepared for any surprises is a must. That's why I always have child-friendly meds like Benadryl and Tylenol stashed in my bag, along with hair ties and clips to tame any wild hair moments mid-flight.

Now, onto entertainment – because let's face it, bored toddlers are trouble. From a magnetic drawing board and coloring pads to flashcards and headphones for her favorite stories, we've got a treasure trove of distractions to keep her entertained for hours. And her stuffed animal sidekick? Non-negotiable. It's amazing how a cuddle from her furry friend can turn tears into giggles in no time.
I know, it sounds like a lot to pack, but trust me, it's worth it for a smoother, happier journey. So to all the moms out there gearing up for a flight with their little ones, remember: with a little planning and a lot of snacks, you've got this!
